CyberCrafts sells:

✔ Kids & baby items
✔ Sports-inspired designs
✔ Faith-based items
✔ Digital PNG graphics
✔ Personalized and custom orders

All items are made-to-order, meaning production begins after purchase.

We do our best to display colors, mockups, and product details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Lighting

  • Print methods

  • Fabric differences

CyberCrafts is not responsible for color variations outside of our control.

⭐ 3. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information at checkout

  • Maintain updated billing, shipping, and contact information

  • Not use false identities or fraudulent information

If incorrect information causes shipping delays, loss, or returned packages, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete.

⭐ 4. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Because all products are printed on-demand:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase

  • After 2 hours, cancellations are no longer possible

  • Custom items begin production after buyer approval

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including limited stock, errors in product descriptions, pricing mistakes, or suspected misuse.

⭐ 5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSES

Digital PNG files and downloads:

  • Are delivered instantly

  • Come with a small-business commercial license for up to 100 physical items

  • Cannot be redistributed, shared, sold digitally, or given away

Digital products are non-refundable.

Any unauthorized distribution of CyberCrafts graphics will result in license revocation and possible legal action.

⭐ 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes vary by product.
Typical delivery: 3–7 business days after production.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

For missing packages, please notify the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.

⭐ 7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To summarize:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos are required for verification

Digital products are non-refundable.

⭐ 8. CUSTOM DESIGNS

Custom designs are created based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Final design approval

Once approved, the design cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled.

All custom artwork remains the intellectual property of CyberCrafts unless otherwise stated.

You agree NOT to use the site or products:

❌ To violate copyright or trademark laws
❌ To harass, abuse, harm, or discriminate
❌ To upload viruses or malicious code
❌ To data mine or scrape
❌ To infringe on CyberCrafts’ intellectual property

We reserve the right to terminate access for violating any prohibited use.

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • PNG files

  • Product mockups

  • Website content

  • Branding

  • Instructions

…are the property of CyberCrafts by Bianca and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, or alter our designs.

⭐ 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CyberCrafts by Bianca is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Carrier delays or lost packages

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Unauthorized downloads

  • Color variations

  • User errors

  • COVID or weather-related delays

  • Misuse of digital files or software issues

Your use of the site is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
