Every item in my shop is made-to-order with care. Because of this, I proudly stand behind the quality of my products while also maintaining clear policies that protect both you and my small business.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

⭐ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because each item is created specifically for you, CyberCrafts does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

This policy applies to:
✔ T-shirts
✔ Sweatshirts
✔ Tumblers & mugs
✔ Kids items
✔ Custom designs
✔ Personalized orders
✔ Digital PNG files
✔ Print-on-demand items

⭐ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right immediately.

To receive a replacement:

  1. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of:

    • The damaged/defective area

    • The full product

    • The packaging (if damaged)

Once verified, a free replacement will be sent as quickly as possible.

⭐ DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PNG FILES)

Digital downloads are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned.

Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before checkout.

⭐ CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase — before production begins.

After the 2-hour window, cancellations are no longer possible, as your order has already entered the printing process.

⭐ INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your address at checkout.

CyberCrafts is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address

  • Lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout

If the order is returned to the print facility, reshipment costs will apply.

If you need to update your address, please contact me within 2 hours of ordering.

⭐ SIZING ISSUES

Because all apparel is printed on-demand, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors.

Please refer to the size charts included in each listing before ordering.

If you need help choosing a size, I’m happy to assist before you purchase!

⭐ COLOR DISCLAIMER

Product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen brightness

  • Monitor settings

  • Lighting during photography

  • Fabric type or print method differences

I do my best to show accurate colors in all listings.

⭐ CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom orders are created based on your approval.
Once you approve a final design, it cannot be changed or refunded.

Please double-check spellings, names, dates, and design details before final approval.
